（1） Pre installation inspection:

1. Choose a clutch assembly that meets the specified model and specifications of the vehicle model;

2. Before installation, carefully inspect each component for defects:

1) Is there any damage to the pressure plate surface of the clutch cover assembly, and is the separation finger deformed due to collision; Are there any damages to the components of the driven disc assembly; The clutch cover assembly and driven disc assembly must not be wetted by water;

2) Is there any damage to the spline of the first shaft of the gearbox, is the separation bearing rotating flexibly, and is the sliding smooth;

3) Are there any damages or oil stains on the surface of the friction plate;

3. Carefully check whether the positioning pin hole and installation hole size and position of the clutch cover are accurate;

4. Place the driven plate assembly on the surface of the pressure plate and check if the damping plate interferes with the inner hole of the pressure plate;

5. Install the driven disc assembly onto the first shaft of the gearbox and check if its installation and sliding are smooth;

6. Carefully inspect the surface of the engine flywheel for any signs of operation, such as scratches, overheating spots, or uneven bumps. These marks must be removed within the allowable cutting range;

7. Is there any operation to separate the bearing guide tube, is it aligned, and is the sealing ring of the shaft leaking oil;

（2） Precautions during installation:

1. Thoroughly clean the oil stains and impurities on the various components of the clutch assembly, the pressure plate plane, and the flywheel plane to ensure their cleanliness;

2. An appropriate amount of lubricating grease must be applied to the flower key hole of the driven plate assembly. After trial installation on one shaft, excess lubricating grease should be removed;

3. During installation, the driven disc assembly must be positioned with the core shaft to ensure accurate installation and smooth sliding of the driven disc assembly on the same axis as the gearbox;

4. During installation, the position and direction of the clutch cover assembly and the driven plate assembly should be correct.
