Maintenance method:

Step 1: Check whether the clutch pedal is too high and whether the free play is appropriate, and adjust it to the normal state. If the fault phenomenon is not eliminated, proceed to the next step.  

Step 2: Check whether the clutch pedal, master cylinder, slave cylinder, release fork, release bearing, etc. are stuck or not moving flexibly, and whether the clutch pedal returns normally. If the problem persists after troubleshooting, proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Check whether the clutch driven plate assembly, cover assembly, and flywheel are excessively worn, and whether the pressure plate release finger and the release bearing thrust plane are excessively worn. The friction plate of the driven plate assembly should not show signs of wear that reveal the rivets; use a vernier caliper to measure, and the wear on the working end face of the pressure plate of the cover assembly should not exceed 0.3mm; use a depth gauge to measure the installation depth of the flywheel, and the wear depth should not exceed 0.5mm or more; the circular arc surface of the pressure plate release finger end should not be worn flat; the thrust plane of the release bearing should not wear out a concave arc; parts that do not meet the dimensions should be replaced. However, during the repair process, it should be noted that when a certain part does not meet the requirements, it should be replaced individually, rather than being replaced as a whole set (for example, if the clutch driven plate assembly is excessively worn, only the driven plate assembly should be replaced, without simultaneously replacing the cover assembly).
